Account and booking information includes your name, contact details, order history and payment references. Guardian waivers record attendee names, child birth dates and guardian links, adult contact details and individual signatures, venue, visit date, attendee counts, the signed agreement wording and version, signing time, expiry and IP address. These records are used for booking, age eligibility, safety and agreement administration. Contact requests store the information you submit.
Payments and accounts
Card and PayPal payments are processed by their respective payment providers. Full card details are entered with the payment provider. An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. Your preferred location is saved in your browser.
Questions and requests
Contact your selected venue for privacy questions or requests about your information. Avoid sending sensitive personal information in the website chat. Chat messages may be sent to an AI provider when the assistant is enabled.
