Booking and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable tax is shown before payment. A selection is held for 20 minutes; a reservation is confirmed only after payment. Bring your ticket or booking reference for admission. A payment return page alone is not proof of payment.
Play safely
List every attending adult and child before reserving. Every adult must sign the agreement, and each child must be linked to their signing parent or legal guardian. An attending parent or guardian must supervise children. Follow attraction age and height requirements and all staff instructions. Socks are required; grip socks are required for trampolines. Keep food and drinks outside play areas.
Birthday parties
Online party reservations are available 7–45 days in advance, subject to room and venue capacity. Your booked package sets the included guests and food. Contact the location for additional guests, dietary requests, decorations and private event options.
Changes and refunds
Contact the venue before making a change. Changes depend on availability and venue approval. Tickets that have been used cannot be refunded through the standard checkout. Gift card and membership refunds require a balance review by an administrator.
